Anger: Unwilling to get what we don’t want, or can’t get what we want, but can’t control it, resulting in unpleasantness, anger, irritation, annoyance and hatred, which can cause wrong behavior and bad karma  .

The kindness heart in the four boundless minds can overcome anger.

The four immeasurable minds are the four states of mind for practicing and practicing kindness, compassion, joy, and giving up:

Kindness means to be kind to all sentient beings, just like one's own relatives.

Compassion, also known as the elimination of suffering, hopes to help all living beings free from suffering.

Joy is a calm and happy state of mind.

Giving up is to give up the idea of self-centeredness, including self-seeing, self-attachment, and self-clinging.

 Recite the four immeasurable hearts:

May all sentient beings have happiness and cause of happiness, and be boundless kindness; may all sentient beings be free from suffering and cause of suffering, be boundless compassion; may all sentient beings not be separated from happiness which includes no suffering, be joy; may all sentient beings stay away from the difference of love and hatred, and live in equality, it’s giving up of self attachment.

The four immeasurable minds originally originated from the ancient Indian religion. Buddha Shakyamuni used this to teach his disciples, hoping that his disciples can practice with these four mentalities. Buddhist practitioners need to extend these four states of mind to the boundless and even all sentient beings, so these four kinds of minds are called "infinite" minds.

Generously giving to all beings.  Adjust and control desire.  Guard the mind.  These are three ways to gain happiness.  In the "Blessings Sutra”, Buddha Shakyamuni recalled that he received great rewards for practicing compassion for seven years. That is to say, he was born in Brahma during the seven kalpas, and thirty-six lives as the king of the heavens, and hundreds of times as the Dharma king. All these blessings are derived from the above three practices: Generously giving to all beings, Adjust and control desire, Guard the mind.  Therefore, if you want to be happy, do the three things mentioned above.

During the Liang Dynasty, there was a child named Teng Tan Gong. When he was five years old, his mother had a fever and wanted to eat watermelon. The local watermelon had never been produced. Teng Tan Gong visited everywhere, hoping to find a watermelon, but did not find it. He was very sad.  Soon, a monk came to him and said, "I have two watermelons. Let me give you one." Teng Tan respectfully thanked the monk and held the watermelon to go back home and give it to his mother to eat. The whole family was surprised that Teng Tangon could find the watermelon.  Everyone went to look for the monk, but the monk had disappeared.  Many years later, after Teng Tan Gong’s parents passed away, on the day of his parents’ death, Teng Tan Gong mourned day and night. After a while, people saw Buddha statues and Buddha's attendant shining brilliantly, disappeared after a long time.  -"Monk Gives a watermelon "

A person repeats reincarnation in the time of one kalpa. If the bones in each life are piled together, the height is equal to Vipula Mountain and higher than Ling Mountain.  If someone can comprehend the Four Noble Truths: living in the world is suffering, suffering arises from greed, anger, ignorance, and suffering can be eliminated by eliminating greed, anger, and ignorance, and people should learn the  Noble Eightfold Path to be liberated, then this person will reincarnate seven times at most, and will no longer suffer from reincarnation, because all the knots that bind this person are exhausted.  -"Vipula Mountain Sutra"
