It is neither Dharma nor mind.
No mind nor Dharma.
When talking about the Dharma of mind, this so-called Dharma is not the Dharma of mind either.
There is Shichahai in Beijing. The transliteration of the Sanskrit word kṣetra is Shicha, which originally means field, land, and country. Buddha land means "the land of Buddha".
Buddha land includes pure land and impure land. Pure land is to transform the impure into pure according to the Buddha's vows, and turn the world into a land full of Dharma joy. Impure land is the world where ordinary people live, there are evil beings, there are three evil ways, and saints and ordinary people live together. For example, our Saha world is an impure land, with both ordinary people like us and saints like Sakyamuni Buddha.
It is recorded in the Saddharma-smriti-pūra-sūtra: One of Sakyamuni Buddha's previous lives was named Baohai Brahmin. He saw many practitioners vowing to become Buddhas in the Pure Land. So he vowed in front of the Buddha that in the future, he would become a Buddha in the impure land to save the suffering beings in the reduction period. He immediately received the Buddha's empowerment to become Sakyamuni Buddha in the impure land of Saha world.
The famous Pure Lands in Mahayana Buddhism include:
Amitabha Buddha's Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss, located in the west of our world, so it is also called the Western Pure Land and the Western Heaven.
Vairocana Buddha's Secret World.
Vairocana Buddha's Lotus Treasury World, or another name for Vairocana Buddha's Secret Land.
Akshobhya Buddha's Wonderful Joy World, located in the east of our world, so it is also called the Eastern Pure Land, also translated as the Good and Happy World, the Wonderful Joy World, etc.
Medicine Buddha's Pure Lapis Lazuli World, also located in the east of our world, so it is also called the Eastern Pure Land, also translated as the Lapis Lazuli Light World, the Lapis Lazuli World, etc.
Sakyamuni Buddha's Wushengzhuang Country and Lingshan Pure Land. The Buddhist scriptures say: After Sakyamuni Buddha's Nirvana, he will live in Vulture Peak in India. If a true practitioner with a predestined relationship goes there, he can still see his true appearance.
Maitreya Bodhisattva's Tushita Palace Small Pure Land. Maitreya Bodhisattva can become a Buddha as Maitreya Buddha in the next life. Now, he lives in the inner courtyard of Tushita Heaven in our world, and has turned it into a small pure land, as majestic as the Buddha's Pure Land.
The dirty land is the land where ordinary people live. Because ordinary people have deep evil karma, they form a dirty and troubled retribution land due to common karma. The reason why it is called "dirty" is that according to the "Vimalakirti Sutra", "the earth is ups and downs, full of thorns, deep pits, mountains, peaks, ditches, feces and filth." But at the same time, it says "according to the wisdom of the Buddha, this Buddha land can be seen as pure", which shows that the dirty land and the pure land are not absolutely different. According to the wisdom of the Buddha, the dirty can be turned into pure, which is also one of the sources of the idea of the Pure Land on Earth.
The Battle of Changjin Lake was a turning point on the eastern front of the Korean War.
During this battle, the lowest temperature in the Changjin Lake area dropped to -38 degrees Celsius due to the Siberian cold wave.
Due to insufficient logistical supplies, part of the volunteer army had to march urgently and abandoned their cotton clothes during the march. At the same time, the volunteer army lacked a lot of heavy firepower other than mortars, and had no air superiority at all.
At the same time, the volunteer army forced the US Eighth Army to make the longest retreat in the history of the US military in the Battle of the Chongchon River on the western front.
During the battle, the 6th Company of the 177th Regiment of the 59th Division of the 20th Army of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army, the 2nd Company of the 180th Regiment of the 60th Division of the 20th Army, and the 5th Company of the 242nd Regiment of the 80th Division of the 27th Army, except for two survivors (a stragglers and a communicator), were frozen to death.
After the Battle of Changjin Lake, Mao Zedong, Chairman of the People's Revolutionary Military Commission of the Central People's Government, sent a telegram to all officers and soldiers of the 20th Army, summarizing: "
Song Shilun, Tao Yong and all officers and soldiers of the 20th Army:
Seeing the report of the battle on the eastern front, I was extremely depressed. More than 40,000 people were killed and wounded on the eastern front, including more than 30,000 people who died of frostbite. It was a painful lesson! It greatly damaged our vitality.
The 9th Corps has lived in Jiangnan for a long time. All its combat readiness training was for the liberation of Taiwan. Now it has come to the high-altitude and cold area with continuous snow and wind to fight. There was no previous preparation. In addition, the military situation in North Korea was very urgent. The troops were notified to enter North Korea on the train to the northeast, and they did not have time. The soldiers of the Ninth Corps of the Volunteer Army always maintained their fearless heroism in the battle, showing a bravery and fighting power beyond any army in the world. The victory of the battle on the eastern front of the Second Campaign was that we drove the US imperialist invaders back to the 38th parallel at the Yalu River, guaranteed the survival of the Korean people, and protected the security of the motherland. The victory of the battle shows that we cannot be bullied and the invaders' attack can be repelled.
The 20th Army fought hard in North Korea this time. After the battle, it can rest and recuperate in Wulao Village, Hamhung, where it is warmer.

" The number of casualties reached as many as 40,000. The central (government) misses them very much. ”

When Shakyamuni Buddha was in the Jetavana Grove in the Kingdom of Savatthi, a celestial being came to the place where the Buddha was in the late night. He bowed to the Buddha and sat aside. The light from his body illuminated the Jetavana Grove. The celestial being asked the Buddha: "How can we cross the river? How can we cross the sea? How can we get rid of suffering? How can we get pure?" The Buddha replied: "Faith can cross the river. Not being negligent can cross the sea. Diligence can eliminate suffering. Wisdom can make people pure." After hearing this, the celestial being said: "I have known you for a long time. I know that you have realized the non-birth and non-death, have transcended all fears, and have forever transcended worldly greed." After saying this, the celestial being bowed to the Buddha again and then disappeared. - "Saṃyukta Āgama. Volume 22.603"
Pet dogs have three main needs: food, companionship, and sexual partners. So most of the time, the boundaries of the world of pet dogs remain at the food bowl, the owner, and the opposite sex. Bachelor tenants have two main needs: a source of rent and a girlfriend. So most of the time, the boundaries of the world of bachelors remain at how to make money and how to have a girlfriend. The book says that many gods also have needs, mainly including: completing their missions, improving themselves, and avoiding degeneration. So according to this statement, the boundaries of the world of gods lie in the self-expression and self-continuation. Therefore, all boundaries depend on the position of the relative entity. The world of Bodhisattvas and Buddhas has no boundaries because they have no entity. Without an entity, there is no relative and absolute, so there is no boundary. As a bounded person, there are also those who break through the boundaries. For example, Yan Hui, who had a bowl of food and a gourd of water, basically broke through the boundaries of the material world. Zhuangzi, who sang while beating a basin when facing the death of his wife, basically broke through the boundaries of life and death. The significance of whether or not to break through the boundaries lies in the fact that all life entities have the problem of life span. The life span interval is the only stage where there is a chance to achieve a breakthrough. Once the interval ends, consciousness loses its carrier. So when we are restricted by the boundaries of the world, we should be sensitive. People with strong abilities are not only sensitive, but also able to continuously improve their ability to break through boundaries.
